Administrator/Receptionist - Northland Environmental Health Clinic

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator/ Receptionist to join our team at Northland Environmental Health Clinic for 3 days per week (22.5 hours).

These days include Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

We require the applicant to:

  • Be responsible for providing administrative and reception support.
  • Have experience with Medtech 32/Evolution
  • Have a professional attitude with an open mind, great customer service with ability and desire to guide and support those who contact us.
  • Preferably have experience in a medical setting and knowledge of the wider Whangarei General Practice Community.
  • Have good time management, punctuality, proficient computer skills, ability to multitask and accuracy in your work.

Our team is made up of five doctors and exceptional nursing and support staff.
