Onerahi Family Healthcare is currently seeking a unique person who thrives in an environment of hospitality and customer service, and clearly loves working with people. You will join our large Healthcare team as one of our essential Medical Receptionists.
The ideal candidate will also be an enthusiastic person who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has previous medical reception/admin experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, and your role is to exude hospitality and find solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcoming patients when they come into the clinic
Waiting Room Management
Managing phone calls and appointment bookings, and directing calls appropriately
Invoicing and cash management
New Patient enrolments
General administrative duties
This is a fixed term position with the possibility of further casual work, and the successful applicant must be available to work between the hours of 8.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
