PA Support to Workforce Experience Improvement Leader

 

We are looking for PA Support to assist our Workforce Experience Improvement Leader to enable the development of workforce experience and improvement across our organisation and across primary healthcare workforce in Northland.

This role will have a portion of PA support and administration and will also be tasked with project work in relation to workforce development, experience and improvement.  This position will be located in Whangarei.

You will be responsible for:

  • Efficient management of the Workforce Experience Improvement Leaders calendar and responding to the workforce experience team requirements on behalf of the Workforce Experience Improvement Leader.
  • Document preparation and management as required
  • Project support and reporting requirements
  • Meeting preparation and workshop coordination
  • Liaison and communication with all stakeholders internal and external

To be considered for this position you should:

  • Have proven skills as a solution focussed experienced PA/Administrator
  • Be proficient to an intermediate/advanced level in MS word and Excel in particular
  • Have proven experience working in a progressive and/or challenging environment
  • Have a strong sense of initiative and maturity and be self-motivating
  • Have a passion for supporting others and achieving results.
  • Be highly organised and able to confidently multi-task
  • Have an unencumbered drivers licence
  • Be a NZ Citizen or have a current NZ Work visa.

Experience in the health industry in this field would be an advantage.
